After clicking Register Now, please select "start registration", then use the button on the top right corner to register.
Registration Notes
All accepted papers must be registered as regular registration and presented at the conference individually.
For authors with multiple accepted papers, an additional discount of 50% is applied from second paper.
Additional authors can register with additional author registration fee.
Non-author who wants to attend IMCOM 2025 must register as a Non-author Registration.
In-person registration fee includes 1 Welcome Reception, 1 Banquet, and Refreshment.
There is no registration fees for accompanying persons in offline conference. However, accompanying persons are required to purchase tickets to meal events at the advertised guest rates.
Meal tickets for offline conference can be purchased in advance as a part of participants registration, or may be purchased onsite prior to each meal event.

Cancelation Policy
If you withdraw
your registration before the Conference Program
is published on the conference website, then 10% of the amount
will be deducted from your registration fee as processing
charges and rest will be returned to you.
If you withdraw your registration after the Conference Program
is published on the conference website till 2 days before the conference, then 50% of the amount
will be deducted from your registration fee as processing
charges and rest will be returned to you. After that, 100% registration fee will be deducted in case of cancellation.
All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
