Camera-ready Submission Guidelines
Authors of accepted papers must timely submit their camera-ready manuscript (Hard deadline Nov. 15, 2023, 23:59 EST for the first round and Nov. 30, 2023, 23:59 EST for the second round, via EasyChair system) after completing the following steps:

1. Revising the manuscript
2. Producing IEEE Xplore compliant PDF
3. Camera-ready version upload
4. Transfering IEEE Copyright

Failure in timely upload of camera ready of your submission will result in canceled publication.

1. Revising the manuscript

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper.
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-3101-1/24/$31.00 ©2024 Crown
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-3101-1/24/$31.00 ©2024 European Union
  • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-3101-1/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE
The camera-ready version of your paper must be a single Zip file containing the following items:
  • A PDF file containing the final paper after applying the reviewers' comments. All papers must be formatted according to the IEEE proceedings format: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
  • All source files that are necessary to reproduce the PDF file. For papers written in Word, we need the .doc/.docx file; for papers written in LaTeX, we need the .tex file as well as all accompanying files (bib file, figures, etc.)

* Regular Papers: Camera-ready papers should be from 5 to 8 pages.
* Short Papers: Camera-ready papers should be from 2 to 4 pages.

Note: IEEE policy requires all submissions to be screened through a plagiarism detection process. IMCOM 2024 TPC will use CROSSCHECK to determine the similarity score of each and every paper. Papers that exceed 30% similarity will be carefully inspected.

2. Producing IEEE Xplore compliant PDF

All papers submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). The procedure is as follows:

  1. Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site (The site will open from October, 05, 2023).
    • First-time users
      • Click "New Users - Click Here".
      • Enter 60618X for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
      • You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup within 24 hours.
    • Previous users
      • Enter 60618X for the Conference ID, your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account.
      • When you click "Login", if you receive an error saying you need to set up a PDF Express account, simply click "Continue". By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference.
  2. For each conference paper, click "Create New Title".
  3. Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).
  4. Click "Submit File for Checking or Converting".
  5. Click Browse and navigate to the file you want to upload, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
  6. Click "Continue" to see the status of your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, you will also receive an email which show if your file passed or failed within 24 hours.
  7. If the result is failed, please proofread the generated PDF file thoroughly. There could be missing symbols, equations, graphs and other reported errors. Please make necessary corrections to the source file and repeat the conversion process again. For the comprehensive guidelines, please check using IEEE PDF eXpress®.

3. Camera-ready version upload

  1. Log in Easychair
  2. Click "proceedings author"
  3. Click "Update new version" on the top right-hand side and upload the Zip file

We sent you an email to instruct you how to use Easychair system to confirm the IEEE copyright form step by step along with the Proceedings papers email.
