Registration Notes
- All accepted papers must be registered in Regular Registration and presented at the conference individually.
For authors with multiple accepted papers, the first paper SHOULD be registered at Regular Registration fee. From the second paper of the same registered author, IMCOM provides 30% discount in registration fee per paper.
- Additional authors can register with different registration fee.
- Non-author who wants to attend IMCOM 2020 must register as a Regular Registration.
- Registration fee includes 1 Welcome Reception, 1 Banquet, 1 USB proceedings, and Refreshment.
- Registration system will be active soon.

Cancelation Policy
- If you withdraw
your registration before the Conference Advance Program
is published on the conference website, then 10% of the amount
will be deducted from your registration fee as processing
charges and rest will be returned to you.
- If you withdraw
your registration after the Conference Advance Program
is published on the conference website till 2 days before the conference, then 50% of the amount
will be deducted from your registration fee as processing
charges and rest will be returned to you. After that 100% registration fee will be deducted in case of cancellation
- All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
