Wat Chalong Temple
Wat Chalong, or Chalong Temple, was made and built on the nineteenth century, it is the biggest and most frequented Buddhist temple in Phuket located at the Chaofa West Road going to the southern beaches of Nai Harn, Rawai, Kata or Karon. Its genuine name is Wat Chaitanaram, however you most likely won't hear it or see it on any street signs. The latest expansions of Wat Chalong is a 60 meters tall "Chedi" protecting a fragment of the bones from Buddha. Temples walls and ceilings are brightened with excellent designs and painting showing the life of Buddha, and numerous donated statues. |

Phuket FantaSea
Phuket FantaSea is a Thai nighttime cultural theme park located on the island of Phuket, in the south of the country. The park covers an area of 60 acres (20 ha) and features three main attractions, namely a Thai culture theatrical show, a theme buffet restaurant, and a shopping street. The park was created at a cost of over THB 3,500 million (USD$ 100 million) and was opened to the public for the first time on 20 December 1998 |

Phang Nga Bay
A distinctive feature of Phang Nga Bay is the sheer limestone karsts that jut vertically out of the emerald-green water. James Bond Island and Koh Panyee are just two of the most famous spots in this bay. By far the best means of enjoying the spectacular scenery, with only brief encounters with the tourist crowds at James Bond and Koh Panyee, is to take one of the boat trips from the northern end of Phuket. A leisurely day trip cruising through the dramatic limestone islands, occasionally stopping to enjoy quiet beaches, is far more rewarding than the standard bus-boat tour. |

Patong Beach
Patong Beach is the heart of Phuket and what makes it so popular to some is often what other people hate most about it. Patong is big, bold, crowded, bright and loud, yet millions people flock there every year like flies on honey. If Bangkok is the Big Mango, then Patong is the Big Durian: you'll love Patong or you'll hate it! The original success and popularity of Patong beach rotates around two things: its amazing beach, and its worry-free wild nightlife. The rest? Khao Rang Hill
Khao Rang Hill in Phuket Town located in the middle of Phuket is popular for it scenic restaurants, temple and a new viewpoint bridge. Khao Rang is not very high but its location makes is fun to have a lunch or dinner break with a good bird view of what Phuket Town looks like from the top. Khao Rang Hill used to be a fitness park, but obviously has lost its popularity. All year round, people climb up there to admire bird views of the southern part of the island: Chalong, Panwa and even the Big Buddha sitting on top of its own hill. |
