Note 1. At least one author per paper SHOULD pay a Regular Registration fee in order to publish the paper. Otherwise, the paper will not be published in the proceedings and the ACM Digital Library.
Note 2. Additional Authors Registration per each paper refers to a registration of additional participants other than the main author who will register in the form of Regular Registration.
Note 3. Both Regular and Additional Authors Registration include 1 Welcome reception (2/21), 2 lunches, 1 CD proceedings, and 2 drinks.
Note 4. There will be no discounted registration fee for registering more than one accepted papers by an author.
ACM ICUIMC 2011 will provide travel grants to overseas students. These grants are intended to partially cover travel and conference expenses. To receive a grant, you must register for the conference. The amount of the travel grants will be up to KRW 300,000 per person. The travel grant will be given at the registration desk at the event.
To apply for a grant, fill out the application form and attach it in the e-mail to ACM ICUIMC secretariat Yuna Chae (icuimc.skku@gmail.com) with the subject titled "ACM ICUIMC 2011 Travel Grant".
Applications are due December 17, 2010. Priority will be given to students, especially presenters and paper co-authors. Applicants will be notified of their grant status and amount by December 19.
